【私のコメント】：
１．漁業捕獲で、絶滅を危惧されるようになってきているクジラの生態の研究が近年において、米国の研究者において、なされるようになってきている。
海洋哺乳動物のクジラ類の鳴き声が仲間等との交信をするのため、生態行動のようである。
２．近年の海洋物理探査等の調査で、各種の物理的な音波、超音波等を発生させることがあるが、その音波類がクジラ類の行動（生態活動）を撹乱することが、クジラの生態の研究の中で、理解されるようになってきている。
