VOAvideo | 2010年06月16日 | 3:10

U.S. President Barack Obama Tuesday aimed a stern message at the company responsible for the giant oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. In an Oval Office address, Mr. Obama accused BP of recklessness, said he has directed the company to capture 90 percent of the leaking oil and pay for the damage it has caused.
